You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached to the item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.
If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price of the item.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional time to process the transaction. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter.
For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are sometimes processed directly to your PayPal balance rather than your linked bank account or credit card.
